Apex Construction Services (ACS) was created to provide the greater Los Angeles community with access to fully licensed, bonded, and insured construction services. ACS is a father and son company, dedicated to providing stellar workmanship and excellent client support.

Kevin Kang is President and Co-founder of ACS. Kevin has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, working on various intricate projects in several states. Kevin also served as President and Founder of Kang's Marble and Flooring, a company that has serviced thousands of clients over its 20 year history.

John Kang is a manager and Co-founder of ACS. John has been certified/licensed by the State of California as a General Contractor [License # 901998] and has extensive experience in client based management, making him an ideal representative/executor/operator/commissioner to guide and direct clients in all matters related to project planning and execution.
